Sometimes it’s good to have company on the path. As we seek to deepen and to grow in our connection to God/Creator/Spirit/Mind/Source, we all encounter challenges. While we may instinctually know there are hurdles in front of us, sometimes another pair of eyes can help us see them clearly, and the questions from another voice can help us name them.
That’s what spiritual direction is – reflective companionship on the way.
I am a spiritual director with training from the Benedictine Spiritual Formation Program. My approach is to listen deeply, to watch calmly, to question occasionally and to reflect back gently, as we walk together in the presence of G/C/S/M/S.
My roots are in the Mennonite peace church tradition. I was trained in the program of a Benedictine community. I have read deeply and widely across world traditions. The path we will follow is yours, not mine.
Monthly sessions – in person or by Skype or phone – are typically one hour in length. You set the agenda in language that works for you. We walk together in the context of prayer and blessing.
There is no charge for an initial exploratory session. Fees for succeeding sessions are negotiable based on ability to pay. No one is excluded for inability to pay.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
Shalom,
